Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14 days start on the day you received the goods, or on the day you received the last item of an order delivered in several deliveries.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us before the 14 days have passed: by email to hej@furahem.com (an email is enough — no form is required) or using the model withdrawal form below.

What happens when you withdraw

We refund all payments you have made for the order, including standard delivery charges, using the same payment method (bank transfer to the account you paid from), within 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice.

You return the goods to us at your own cost, within 14 days from the day you informed us of the withdrawal, to the return address we confirm by email.

The goods should be returned unused and in the condition you received them, with their packaging. You only pay for any reduction in value that results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised — none of our standard products fall under this exception.

The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers, not to companies.
