Terms and conditions

This text is a working draft for review by someone qualified in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. It is not legal advice, and the shop must not take real orders until each page has been checked and completed.

How the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order and you pay. Because payment is in advance, unpaid orders are not binding on either side until the money arrives.

Prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT at the rate shown on each product.

Shipping costs are shown in the basket before you order: a flat fee, free above the threshold shown in the shop.

Payment

By bank transfer in advance, to the account shown on your order page and confirmation email. Always use your order number as the payment reference.

Pay within the days stated on the order; after that we may cancel unpaid orders and return the items to stock.

Delivery

We deliver across Sweden, Denmark and Finland to the address you give. Delivery time is shown on each product page.

Risk of loss passes to you when the goods arrive.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until we have received payment in full.

Complaints and warranty

Consumer statutory rights (at least two years' liability for defects in Sweden, Denmark and Finland) apply in full. Contact us at hej@furahem.com with your order number and photos, and we will repair, replace or refund.
